Final Layout Design
This is my final design for the layout of my images. I have now included exact measurements to give even spaces between my images and to ensure there is a decent gap between the edges of the board and my images. This is because there needs to be a white gap or border between each persons work as the boards are going to be placed next to eachother in the room. My 4 landscape prints are going to be 45cm x 30cm (17.71in x 11.81in). My panoramic print will be 90cm x 30cm (35.43in x 11.81in). I will have a 5in gap between the edge of my board and the edge of my print, with a gap of 2.567in between each print.
In our summer show we are allowed to sell our images that we have in our exhibiton. For this we have needed to come up with our own rpcies based on how much our images cost to produce, print, mount and any extra costs like delivery or charging for time. Considering all of this I have come up with the following plan: I will have 5 prints in total, 4 landscape images, and 1 panoramic image. For unmounted prints, I will charge £25 per print for the landscape images and £45 for the panoramic. For the mounted print, I will charge £70/£75 for the landscape and £120/£130 for the panoramic image. For the full set unmounted I will charge £150. For the mounted set I will charge £350/£400.
